We ship through USPS. It is our wish that you get your order as quickly as possible, however, we cannot control the time it may take for the post office to deliver our package to you, except through normal tracking that the post office offers. We ship orders Monday through Friday and upon receiving an order will ship your order within 72 hrs, usually less. Domestic orders usually arrive within 3-5 days of being shipped. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that, through tracking, show delivery, but may have been stolen from your doorstep. Please check with your post office if you believe your package was lost or stolen.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1917 Glendon Av, Los Angeles Ca,Suite 302, 90025.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping is $4 flat rate shipping for the entire order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We are happy to exchange an item if it is made within 2 weeks of your original order.If 2 weeks have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.We will offer an exchange on any item that has not been washed, worn or damaged. We know you will try it on, but please don't wear it for a day and then decide to exchange it. That means it has been worn. It must also be in the original packaging.How to EXCHANGE: Order a new shirt and write down your new order number. Include a note with the t-shirt you wish to exchange, your ORIGINAL order number, and your NEW order number. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
